Meet Mariana Higa XS.com new LATAM marketing hire
XS.com appoints Mariana Higa as LATAM Regional Marketing Director
Dubai-based retail FX and CFD broker XS.com has named Peru-based Mariana Higa its LATAM Regional Marketing Director. The company announced her appointment on October 20, 2026.
Higa will lead marketing across Latin America, with a focus on strengthening the company's regional presence and supporting its business goals. She'll oversee campaigns, sponsorships, marketing materials, and industry events. She'll also coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to adapt activities to local markets and meet regulatory requirements.
Her responsibilities will also include reviewing campaign performance, managing marketing budgets, and developing relationships with industry groups and media partners.
Higa has more than 10 years of experience in regional marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. Before joining XS.com, she was CR Growth Regional Manager at Vantage Markets, where she managed campaigns, sponsorships, and industry events across Latin America. Her work also included budget planning, vendor negotiations, performance reviews, and collaboration with other teams.
Earlier in her career, Higa held business development and account management roles at HFM and Exness. She focused on partner acquisition, client relationships, and business growth across LATAM.
Higa said she plans to pair local market knowledge with creative marketing and active industry engagement. She also said XS.com's international presence will help her develop programs suited to Latin American markets. She looks forward to working with the team on campaigns and partnerships.
Maria Pesca, LATAM Regional Director at XS.com, said the company's marketing needs to reflect differences among local markets and their audiences. She pointed to Higa's experience in campaign management, sponsorships, and regional financial services operations, adding that her background will help the company build a more locally relevant marketing strategy.
