OTC Markets Group Appoints Meighan McGowan Executive Vice President of Corporate Services
NEW YORK, Oct. 21, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), which operates regulated markets for 12,000 U.S. and international securities, has appointed Meighan McGowan as Executive Vice President of Corporate Services.
McGowan will lead the global sales team supporting companies that want to reach U.S. investors through the OTCQX® Best Market, OTCQB® Venture Market and OTCID® Basic Market. The team works with international companies listed on their home exchanges, as well as U.S. growth companies and banks.
She joins OTC Markets from Computershare, where she served as Head of Business Development for Investor Engagement North America. The division includes Georgeson Advisory, Investor Intelligence and IR Suite.
OTC Markets Group President and CEO Cromwell Coulson welcomed McGowan to the leadership team. He said her experience advising executives at major public companies will help issuers understand their shareholder base, strengthen governance and find ways to connect with new investors. Coulson added that her perspective will support the company as more businesses seek to expand their reach among U.S. investors.
McGowan said OTC Markets connects companies with U.S. investors through an efficient market structure and has built strong issuer relationships across its New York, London and Hong Kong offices. She looks forward to working with the team as Corporate Services continues to grow.
At Computershare, McGowan directed go-to-market strategy and business development for the Investor Engagement division. She oversaw commercial work across corporate advisory, investor intelligence and investor relations technology. Before joining Computershare, she held a senior business development position at Morrow Sodali, advising public companies, in-house counsel and investor relations teams on governance, proxy solicitation, capital markets intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, and activism defense.
Earlier in her career, McGowan spent six years at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), where she advanced from Senior Account Executive to Vice President. She managed relationships with asset managers, retirement recordkeepers and technology providers. She began her career in advertising sales at NBCUniversal and Business Insider.
McGowan was selected for NIRI's 2026 Rising Leaders Under 40 class. She also served as vice chair of the 2026 NIRI Annual Conference and has spoken at and participated in Society for Corporate Governance events. She holds a BA in Psychology from Williams College. Based in New York, she will report to Coulson.
