6. How do I transfer JUSD to a trading account?
In your Reward Wallet, select Available reward, then choose Transfer to account. Pick an eligible trading account and enter the amount you want to transfer. The JUSD will move to your account instantly.
7. Can I withdraw JUSD or exchange it for cash or another bonus?
No. You can't withdraw JUSD or exchange it directly for cash or another bonus. You can use it only to cover 50% of eligible spreads and trading commissions. However, you can withdraw the cashback credited to your trading account.
8. How much of my trading costs can JUSD cover?
JUSD covers 50% of eligible spreads and commissions. You can split your rewards across multiple trading accounts, and the discount applies automatically when you open trades.
For Standard and Pro accounts, which don't charge commissions, JUSD covers 50% of the spread at trade opening. On Raw Spread accounts, it covers 50% of the spread at trade opening and 50% of the trading commission.
9. Do JUSD rewards expire?
Yes. Check the expiration date in your Personal Area. You can also find expiration details in the bonus transactions section of your Reward Wallet.
10. Can I transfer JUSD back to my Reward Wallet?
No. After you transfer JUSD to a trading account, you can't move it back to your Reward Wallet.
11. Why can't I transfer JUSD to some trading accounts?
You can't transfer JUSD to an account if your profile hasn't completed document verification. Once your profile is fully verified, you can transfer JUSD to eligible accounts.
12. Where can I see my cashback?
Your cashback history is listed in the Received cashback section of your Reward Wallet.
